Perfectly princess tea party - worth the $$?

YES! I did this in the spring of 2012 with my then 7 and 3 year old daughters. (Dad and brother went to AK for the morning). In my opinion it was well worth the cost and is something my girls still talk about. My 7 year old was starting to be over princesses but she played along and had a great...

New Changes at Be Our Guest

We celebrated my daughter's birthday there in March. She did have a b-day button, when we checked in she was with me and the cast member told her that he had heard it was her birthday (she was turning 8) and that she had gotten a message earlier in the day. He made a call on his cell phone and...

Christmas in the World - What is it really like?

Wow - thanks for all of the responses. Going to have to put some serious thought to this. Thinking of my kids - both daughters would do fine with the crowds but my son might be an issue. On the other hand we normally skip the middle of the day - hitting early morning and especially late at...

Dining Recommendations outside of the parks?

I need to schedule 2 meals for non-park days and need some recommendations! We do have the dining plan so it has to be somewhere within Disney, preferably 1 credit meals. Any recommendations?

need info about the perfectly princess tea party at GF

I did this with my 2 girls last May - they were 7 and 3 1/2 at the time. My 3yr old LOVED it. My 7 yr old is on the verge of not liking princesses anymore but I knew she would be upset if she didn't get to go as well. She turned out having a great time once she decided it wasn't just for...

Help with picking a new TV?

My husband talked me into a new TV this summer. After much looking we actually ended up with a 55IN which I thought would be WAY too big but surprisingly, it's not. We love it! We got the LG Cinema Screen 55LM7600 55In 3D 1080p 240 Hz LED-LCD HDTV with Smart TV. That's a whole bunch of...

    Crowd level late Feb/early March?

Hi - Anyone know what the crowd levels are in late Feb or Early March? Trying to pick a week - either week of Feb 25th or week of March 4th. I've not visited the parks during this time - is it early enough to avoid the spring break crowds?

    Help with trip in May

We've gone several times in May - it's my favorite time to go. Crowds aren't bad, weather is beautiful & the flower/garden show is really fun to see. Definetly plan on hot days but you may need a sweatshirt or light jacket at night. Have a GREAT time!

Thanks everyone! We have a 5:50 ADR at BOMA - we'll spend the afternoon at AK and then take the bus to AKL. We're staying at ASMu Family suite so after dinner we'll take the bus to one of the parks - probably which ever bus comes first :) to get home. Thanks! I'm excited to try it out!

Tusker House or Yak & Yeti or BOMA?

Help! I need a restaurant in the Animal Kingdom area for dinner on our day there. I have a ressie for BOMA currently but am a little worried about 1) getting there and 2) my kids liking the food. I have 3 kids (9, 7, 3) that are slightly picky eaters and a DH who is a bit more adventurous...

Official 'how to get from point A to point B while at WDW' thread.

Hi - I haven't read the entire thread so I apologize if this has been asked already. What's the best way to get from All Star Music to Ft Wilderness for the Hoop Dee Doo Revue? I'm a pretty experienced traveler to WDW but haven't done this one before. Thanks!

    CRT and 1900 Park Fare?

Thanks for all of the comments! I do have a couple of things planned for my son - T-Rex & Disneyquest. We're also going to the Hoop de do review which I know he'll love. I think I'll keep both - I've wanted to see the stepsisters, I've heard they are hilarious!

    CRT and 1900 Park Fare?

Would you do both? Why? Why not? We are hitting the world for 10 days in May. DD3 & DD7 will love both....DS9 not so much. I currently have resides both both (dinner). They are 4 days apart so it wouldn't be constant princesses. Thoughts?
