We closed on a SSR resale early Sept, it was a bit into the mid 3rd week when Disney waived and then the points appeared in our contract around the latter part of five weeks. The 2010 books arrived a week after that and we're still waiting on the rest of the documents :)

We grew our first pumpkin(s) this year too and added corn as suggested since they grow well together. WOW are those plants get HUGE!

We passed and were able to purchase our 3rd contract. It took about three weeks to hear back that Disney waived and about six weeks to get our 2010 booklets from Disney. It was 250 SSR (Dec) $61 pp, 28 '10 pts (seller pays MF), offered on Sept 8, '10.
