That's the exact reason. We made it down in about 17.5 hours and had zero traffic. Going 95 takes at least as long with us dreading the Baltimore / DC area. I think it's a keeper for us

If Disney were not a priority, I would probably stay at the JW Marriott or Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes. They are both extremely luxurious and share may amenities. They are about 10-15 minutes from Disney and 5-10 minutes from Universal/Seaworld.

We always stay at the Fairfield Marriott in Lumberton and have no complaints.

I agree, you can fit one car in the drive, no more. There are a number of small dedicated parking areas throughout the townhome area all within a 30-60 second walk to the units.
