WL is a beautiful resort. When you consider how much you are already spending $100 isn't that much more to make it a "magical" vacation. I would not go with any of the moderates but that is just my opinion. I hope you have a wonderful trip!

Me, my DH and 2 DS's (12 & 14) ate there last summer and all agreed it was our favorite buffet meal at Disney. Of course we are from the south so the menu appealed to us. The desserts were normal kid-friendly choices as pp said. That being said, there is no entertainment or "ambiance".

Currently there are not any discounts between 8/8 and 8/15. However, it is value season so the rack rates are less than most other times of the year. We just added CBR on 8/15 for $149. Our FD package is from 8/16 - 8/23.
