We had this issue last year on the 7 day western - my DS was 4, my DD was 2. We booked directly through Dolphin Discovery - their minimum ages are 1 years of age. I HIGHLY recommen them - they were awesome and very customer service orientated!!! My kids had a blast and we got great video/pictures!

Okay, I was able to book all my excursions, a Palo Brunch and then when I got to book my spa stuff, it kicked me out. Ugh!

Problem Solved!!! I called DCL this morning and found out that even though my birthday was correct in my profile - their system that the agent was looking at showed it as being one day earlier! I would have never been able to get on tonight without that being fixed. Phew!!! Thanks everyone!

Holy Cow! I got a hold of DCL agent this morning. I told her that I was having trouble with my CC numbers. Together we went through my profile - they had my birthday wrong in their system (it was correct on my profile!) - I would have never been able to get in tonight if I hadn't caught...

Okay, thanks that helps. My only problem is that my CC number they sent me isn't working and its driving me NUTS! I'm so hoping that it registers! DCL opens tomorrow at 9am PST which is 6am here so I'm hoping to get it fixed so I can jump into the ressie race with the rest of you!:scared:
