A couple of months in advance should be plenty of time. I booked my July 5th cruise on June 21st, only 2 weeks in advance, now that's what I call last minute! I only had one stateroom cat. to choose from, but thankfully it was cat. 6 and I would've chosen that anyways.
I just decided to leave on a cruise spur of the moment so I booked yesterday (6-21) and am going on a cruise 7-5! I'm worried about getting my travel documents on time because I'm leaving 7-1 for the beach first... Anybody been in a similar situation? lol

UPDATE!: So... I have now recieved credit twice! haha I'm sure one of them will be taken off but I thought it was funny how I've been waiting SO LONG just to be credited once and I got it twice! Maybe they're making up for all the trouble they caused me, probably not, but it sure would be nice!

FINALLY everything is right with the world! Just checked my e-mail and had an e-mail from gottaplay saying that they finally had processed my refund... and it has showed up on my statement ... so after over a month I finally got my refund :)
I filed a dispute yesterday and got a message from chase today saying that they had credited my account for the amount and unless gotta play responded to their letter telling them to re-charge my account then I should be ok. So help me if gotta play tells them to re-charge my account I'll be...
The person who responded to my e-mails said they would forward them to the billing department, well NONE of them got answered of course from the "billing department" so I will be disputing TOMORROW! Finally... maybe something can finally be done...
Sadly it has scared me off too! I went from making $115 the first month to $110 the second to only $26 this month! Oh well it's really not worth it to battle things like this!
