This is the cake I had made for my daughters 19th birthday. It was delivered to her at the Grand Floridian Afternoon Tea. It was even more beautiful then I could have hoped for. I had requested elegant and feminine with a understated Disney theme. Total for the cake was $125.

We did Moderno on Escape and really enjoyed it. The best part is the immense salad bar! It had amazing food on it from cured meats, specialty cheeses to sushi. Escape has been my favorite ship yet. We sailed on her twice.

We are also visiting the first week in July for our anniversary. We normally go to Florida or Vegas during that week but decided on Phoenix as my husband wanted to go to a Diamondbacks game. We love the heat and never had a problem in Vegas or Florida so hopefully we will be fine in Phoenix...
