I'm a teacher and my break is the first week in April. But we'll be hitting DCA on the 2nd half of our 2fer that week, not DL. We did it that way last year and the lines were quite manageable. We walked right on almost everything in a bug's land.

We're locals and even we rent. We put the baby in our own stroller, and the 3 year old in a rental. He sleeps just fine in it.
