I have gone for Labor Day twice during Free Dining. Both times we have endured the crowds for the holiday weekend and then enjoyed one day of very light crowds on that Tuesday after Labor Day. I wish would had schedules that would allow us to enjoy a whole week of light crowds! :goodvibes

If I were you, I would go with your thought to try and get the ADR for Le Cellier. I haven't been there in a couple of trips, but it has always been good and I find the staff there to be some of the nicest in all of World Showcase.

I would recommend Shula's... LOTS of options and despite the price it soudnds like it is just what they are looking for. Between S&D there are several options for before/after dinner drinks too. We like getting drinks at the bar at Bluezoo.

I 100% agree! The fliet was really great at Narcoosee's in December and I remember the filet being very good at Yachstman also, but I think they cooked a perfect medium-rare a little better at Narcoossee's. Yum!
