I'v always used Touring Plans dot com and never had an issue. It seems that TP has a method and they work on refining it. The Lines application for the smart phone is great. It can be updated when you get to the park and creates a plan based on the latest (hourly?) information.

Touring plans dot com says if you don't make it within the first 30 minutes the wait is 45 minutes and stays constant till past 10PM, after 10PM the wait shortens just a bit.
