We are currently on the Dream in Europe and also got the shrink wrapped version with no frame and no box. It was a nice gesture but I’m not sure how we will be able to get it home without it getting damaged.

I’m on the May 30th sailing as well. I think the difference is that the excursion is sold out for our sailing. I think the callers that had success were on different sailings that still had availability.

Is anyone having issues with their reservation? We are booked on the May 30 Alaska cruise and today the itinerary changed to every day being “At Sea” and all our port adventures have disappeared. I’m assuming this is a website issue but just wondering if this is happening to anyone else?

I called today as well and was told that they can't even see on their end how many seats are left or if it's sold out. The person I spoke to checked with her supervisor who took our name and promised to look into it for me, but I was told it's a known issue and to keep checking the website.

Thanks everyone. I thought this sailing was a better option because you get an extra stop at icy straight point and my 13 year old thought the zip line there looked amazing. Disney doesn’t do a very good job advertising the consequences of that added stop though.

We are thinking about booking the Sept 9 Alaska cruise. I was reading a trip report that said the glacier explorer boat wasn’t offered for their cruise that combined the Dawes glacier and Juneau into one day. Is this always the case?
