    Canon T4i vs. Nikon D5100 or D3200

The same thing happened to me. I was leaning towards the Nikon, but the Canon felt much better in my hand. I just bought the T4i tonight at Best Buy. My salesperson was actually very helpful, she told me she did photography on the side and was very helpful, seemed quite knowledgable. I got...

    Beginner SLR camera recommendation help

Just wanted to clear up a couple things. First, I am a guy - haha :) But seriously. When I originally read the comment that the problem was the photographer, I too thought it was a little harsh. But, when I thought about it, I figured many of the people on here know a lot about photography...

    Beginner SLR camera recommendation help

Thanks for all of the information so far. From the research I have done on this board, as well as online in general, looks like the Nikon D5100 is very popular and has great reviews. Not that I'm stuck on this camera, but still open to any ideas. What type of lens would I be looking for for...

    Beginner SLR camera recommendation help

I have struggled with taking good photos for years now with various different point & shoot cameras. After being at two different sporting tournaments this weekend for my daughters, and seeing several people with nice cameras, I decided that I need to upgrade now. One of the major struggles...

Need family dinner suggestion in Downtown Disney

We like to go to Earl of Sandwich, but this trip, 2 weeks ago, we tried Wolfgang Puck Express because the menu had something for everyone. All 7 of us loved our food, and it wasn't busy at all when we were there. Was nice sitting outside to eat too!

Thanks for the information. It sounds like my best bet is to save up a little bit of money and get a decent camera for the shots I am looking for. A buddy of mine did mention to me that I could push down the button about half way when I am getting ready to take a picture. I guess it gets...

    Anyone from Stevens Point, WI?

We live about an hour north of there, but any time we are in Point, we stop at Belts ice cream. It is the best around. For instance, their chocolate chip cookie dough blizzards have home made type cookie dough in them, and a big spoonful of it on top. Just as an example of the type of place...
