Yep. Change sucks but for better or worse. The Disney Parks can't be stuck in one era forever.

The idea sounds nice but the deal killer would be the weather in the summer. Hurricanes and tornados have the power to cause extreme accidents. Hopefully safety precautions make it more feasible.

Agreed. I get the distinct feeling that The Travers Estate may have found themselves in a financial bind again and are going to Disney with open arms as opposed to PL Travers' experience which was dicey.
Saw both. Quite a revealing take on the man who by no means was entirely an angel. A lot of people know this but despite his shortcomings he strived to be somebody. That is all that really matters.
The County leased the land to them if I remember correctly. As much as there is, it can't go beyond the confines of another area. That's just how it is.
It's fair to say that absolutely no one saw the huge success coming and the plans for New Fantasyland in The MK were already into the last phase of construction. It would be a waste of time and resources to gut out an existing attraction for this one.
