We have been to Disney in October quite a few times. The weather is awsome. The crowds are light. The humidity is low. Except for a hurricane a few years ago the dumped rain for only one day of our trip, I would definately recommend October!

I have read about movie night at the pool on Saturday and kids games during the day. Does HRH usually do that in October or is it just a summertime thing? What kinds of kid things to they have there?

If you fax your room request 3 days before arrival and let them know when you will be there, your room will probably be ready. It has always worked for us. Earliest check in was at the WL last October, we arrived at 9:30am and our room was ready. Have fun.

We have only visited the world in October. Sometimes early and sometimes later. We have never packed pants of any kind. Save the space in your luggage for Disney stuff. We do come with sweat shirts, only because we leave from Maryland and it is chilly here. Have fun!!!
