OH YES I would go as far as to say that it's my favorite of his plays. In my opinion, it's the most powerful (emotionally, and all that). I shant ruin it for you, though.

I don't like Romeo and Juliet, but I wouldn't say it was his worst. I hate Love's Labours Lost the most. I cannot stand to read a scene of that play. Edit: Have you read The Merchant of Venice?

I'm going to have to agree and say that the Georgics really wasn't that interesting. Some parts were worth reading just for the political references, though. The Aeneid makes up for it 10-fold. I would say that it's better than Homer's works (It was a tough call, though).

The killing of prisoners, no matter what they did, I've always viewed as very pre-enlightenment. Killing all together I have always viewed as incredibly uncivilized. Life in prison I always thought would mess the guy/girl up more than killing them quickly ever would.
