Ed was terminated by management this past Monday. Fifteen members met with management on Tuesday to express our anger and loss. I urge everyone to write to management at Disney and OKW. Perhaps if they hear from enough members they will listen to the will of the members.

Yesterday OKW lost a lot of Pixie Dust. Ed Bouhadi is no longer at OKW. He will be missed more than anyone can imagine. He personally spread more pixie dust and made every day special. He will be missed!!!!!!

We just ate at Chef Mickey's about two weeks ago. The food was all-American and very good. Not fancy, not gourmet - just really good food!!! No complaints from our group! And, we had a great time!

People - when a Studio is cleaned on a check-out the mousekeeper is to defrost the fridge - do you really think the guests defrost the fridge. If you check-in and the fridge is off - well, the mousekeeper turned it off and didn't remember to go back and turn it on. I really didn't mean this to...

I always tell the housekeeper that I have shut it off - usually I have them come in the room and show them. I am always running late and I want to save them as much time as possible.

We stay in a Studio. Towles in the tub - all trash out. I shut of the mini-fridge and lay a bath towel down in case the defrost runs over. This save the cleaning crew the time of waiting for the fridge to defrost.

I just called MS to question the memo on the ressie. They put me on hold - the music tape was broken - that was pleasant. Well, they came back on - and could not understand the error. The only pool that is closed is at Saratoga. So good new for all going to OKW in April.

Our reservation is check-in April 6 - depart April 27 - the ressie states "Main pool will be closed for refurbishment during your stay" - Bummer

Just received our ressie for April and they noted the main pool would be closed sometime during April at OKW. Has anyone heard anything about this??

I can only speak for Miller Road - I sit at that pool for about six weeks a year. They took out the swings and never replaced them. We rarely see children in the Miller Road pool. Most like the HH pool area - so much more to do with playground, parties, sand castle area, game room, etc. etc. etc.

There is no playground area at the Miller's Road pool! The removed the playground several years ago - not there are only the grills and a picnic table.

Our friends are at OKW in a two bedroom. I don't think much thought went into this project at all. They don't like the blinds - I don't think anyone will - the nasty coffee table - the dark wood, etc. etc. But, I think the biggest disappointment for me is the lack of thought for the owners...
