If you go at 7am theres no one there, every day i would be the 1st one in!!! it was be that way for about 15 mins.each day and then people start trickling in slowly

both are lovely times, weather will not be so cold during the halloween and the leaves on the trees around the NewPort Bay area were turning red and awesome!! then again, they snow at Main Street USA was bretaking (maybe more for me as we dont have snow here.. fake snow was better than none)...
