Closed at the end of July with first DVC resale through these guys. Absolutely seamless experience. They answered all my questions both by phone and email. Kept me up to date on the process. Would highly recommend them!

This was our first DVC purchase. And we had never done a tour. I was frankly shocked how quickly and smoothly everything went. I was even able able to get our points in time to book four nights in December.

Just an FYI. We just settled on July 1 for a 125 point Saratoga Springs contract with a February UY. It came with 125 points for 2017 and 125 for 2018. We had actually made our offer on 5/29. Went to ROFR on 5/31 and passed by 6/6. My only thought is that February must not be a popular use year...

Deed was recorded on July 3. Called DVC yesterday July 19 and got everything I needed: member number, activation code, etc. I was able to make a reservation for four nights in December. Got my plane tickets and dinner reservations!! I am beyond excited!

So our resale offer was made and accepted. Contracts have been signed and deposit received. When does Disney actually get our contracts for review? Should I be notified by our broker or can I just assume that once the contract has been signed it went to Disney? First time buying DVC and I have...
