I got my son his ID card (he is 6), but they told me I could not have my daughter's done (she's almost 4). The child needs to be at least 5 yrs old to be able to get an ID card. This happened in FL.

I don't think anything wrong with this. The other parent is waiting in line like everyone else, just waiting for the child, not cutting in front of someone.

Same thing happened to me last year. I asked if I could get a refund, and the CM just asked for the credit card that I payed with, and gave me the refund. This was at MK ticket center. Iknoe it says non refundable, but asked anyways.

Were the pictures taken before or after your meal? Before. They take the package to your table, around 15 min.

Again, I did this for MNSSHP. A member of our party was not able to come, so I asked at the ticket booth if we could get a refund. He just asked for the credit card that I used to pay for it, and he put the credit on the card.

I bought my MNSSHP tickets online, so I guess they also sell the x-mas tickets online too.:thumbsup2

I did what lizardqueen said. My pictures were never placed in the cards, the photopass photographer did not scan our pictures. I went to the photopass page and wrote what we were wearing, time, day of the week, place the picture was taken, and the characters in it. They were able to find them...
