I got my first PIN code ever - the monster pin. We're hoping to go Thanksgiving, but I was still thrilled to see that piece of mail!

We did it in 2006 and had a great table overlooking the water. Thanksgiving food was very good, and we got some non-traditional appetizers as well. Their pumpkin trifle was the best pumpkin dessert I ever ate. Just made an ADR for T'giving lunch there for us again.

Subscribing. We were supposed to be at WDW in about 2 wks, but some unforeseen family health issues forced us to cancel. So, now we're hoping for a trip Thanksgiving week. We got a great rate at AKL, and that's definitely where we want to stay.

I feel you pain. My DH works in Law Enforcement, and I can't tell you how many times he's gotten a subpoena right before our vacations! Surely they'll work with you. If they don't return the call, then I'd march myself down to the office and sit there until I saw someone. Good luck! Lori

If I had been to all the parks before, I'd say Epcot hands down. It's the favorite of all of my family. Have fun!

Off topic, but be sure to take time to eat at Paula Deen's restaurant, The Lady and Sons, in Savannah. Totally worth it!

Expedition Everest

We'll be there around the same time. Loving your report so far. I bought the Nikon D5000 last year, and I have a LOT to learn about night time photos (i.e. fireworks). I might just buy that book! I also am worried about carrying the camera all day, not getting wet, etc. Any suggestions...

BTDT and it was just plain painful getting up in the middle of the night after a long day at the parks. This time return flight isn't until 5 PM. No way i was doing that again.
