We flew home yester AirTran through SW. When we did online check in we were assigned seats apart. At the counter however the agent was able to assist us with seats together. We were almost charged for our luggage. The agent acknowledged that all the changes are confusing. I have to agree...

How often do they deliver clean towels? Any other comments for someone who is concerned about cleanliness?

I always ask for stuff from the back because you just never know. I especially request the butter and syrup kind of stuff because most times those items are overlooked as possible contamination.

By all means please correct me if I am wrong, but I thought it was highly unlikely for an airline to separate children under 9? I thought that was considered an unaccompanied minor? Would it just be more likely that a family would be separated as opposed to children and adults?

I gave Southwest, but I don't know if that is the right move.
