Have you ever accidentally run into a celebrity at WDW?

Chris Evans at BLT. Did a double-take so hard that I bumped into the wall. We both laughed about it and went our separate ways. Yes, he is that good looking in person.

    How can I make reservations?

This is the way. As a frequent solo traveler and diner, it can be hard to get reservations for a single diner. Search for reservations for 2 and then modify it to 1 after you get confirmation. I had to do this for my current trip in order to get into Topolino's.

    HDDR - Chances at 60+1

I missed getting mine on the day they became available (first day they were back up was within my 60 day window), but I kept checking daily and one opened up just the other day. Even if you don't get it right away, keep checking!

    Must Eat Restaurants

With kids, I highly recommend Hoop Dee Doo if you can get it. I also loved 50's Prime Time when I was a kid because it was comfort food and it felt cool to me to eat in a "retro" environment. I also loved international foods, so working my way through the Epcot restaurants was what started me on...

    Rough Bumpy Quick Acceleration Rides

Kali can come with some pretty unexpected bumps and jerks since it's a raft ride. Your raft floats freely on the river and can bounce easily off the sides of the retaining walls.

Favorite Restaurant in Walt Disney World

I have, and I found the entire experience to be lacking in comparison to Citricos. The food was close, but the service left a lot to be desired. It's definitely a sign of a bad time when the ONLY time you see your server the whole night is when they take your order (we had to place a dessert...

Vacation Spot in Vermont, New Hampshire or Connecticut

Go to the Mount Washington Valley, then take the Cog Railway up Mount Washington (for the views and the coolness of the fact that you're riding a train up the talles mountain in the Northeast). While you're there, visit any of the local breweries (top picks include Schilling in Littleton and...

Favorite Restaurant in Walt Disney World

Citricos is right next door to V&A's. It's down the same hallway. I've never had a bad meal at Citricos, and the staff there has always been outstanding. Easily my go-to for a good meal.

Citricos! My favorite meal on property.

    Best Steak, paying OOP?

Best filet I've had on property was at Citricos at the GF. Best other cut of steak I've had was the NY strip at Yachstman. Caveat: I have not eaten at Shula's, so I can't speak in comparison to that.

I could use some input regarding parks

Do a full day at EPCOT and MK and half days at DHS and AK.

Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar - long waits?

I've always just walked in, but I also go during the "off" season.

    Your Favourite Quick Service Restaurants?

Tangerine Cafe and Les Halles at EPCOT are the two best at WDW, IMO. At MK, I enjoy Pecos Bill's for the nostalgia value (where my family always used to eat when I was younger). AK, I'm hardcore for Flame Tree BBQ and the Yak & Yeti QS windows. HS is the toughest since they don't really have any...

    Ohana or California grill

I havent been in a few years, but we were seated off to the left and nearer to the window. We had a wonderful view of the castle at sunset. We were also a relatively later seating, as that may make a difference as well (fewer people going straight over from the parks maybe).

    different brands of bottled water...

I can only recall seeing Dasani at about 99% of selling locations, but I could be wrong. I'm not super observant about it because I generally carry a water bottle and refill from quick service stations. If it's a medical concern, I'd consider carrying your own or buying a water bottle with a...

    Table Service Restaurant in Epcot

You caught my typo! Haha, I had originally only written one list, but then decided to make two. It seems I didn't catch that. I'll edit to reflect.

    Ohana or California grill

It seems that we've just had very different experiences at this restaurant then. The time I dined there it was very laid back and my dad, who is hard of hearing, had no issues understanding me at a normal volume. I can't recall a single table in what I consider park attire (t-shirt, jeans). It's...

    Table Service Restaurant in Epcot

Top 3 (note: Monsieur Paul is the only EPCOT restaurant I haven't eaten at, so I can't include it here, but it is #1 on my "next trip" list!) Lunch: 1. Chefs de France (prix fixe menu!) 2. Spice Road Table (outside seating preferred) 3. San Angel Inn (it is dark, but I enjoy that as a break...

    50's Prime Time Cafe

I haven't been recently, but I have also heard that it isn't what it used to be. One of my best memories as a kid was going and our server getting upset that my mom didn't eat her green beans. He left in a huff and came back with a huge serving fork, got every last bean on that plate onto it...

    Ohana or California grill

The food is a whole different ballgame at Cali Grill, however it is much more upscale, so if your two year old isn't well behaved at restaurants (especially ones without child-friendly entertainment options) I would rule it out. Not only will you not get the relaxed dining experience that should...
