We will be spending Thanksgiving Day at Fort Wilderness and are having dinner there at what is normally Mickey's Backyard BBQ or renamed "Thanksgiving at the Fort" for Thanksgiving Day. Can't believe we leave in 5 days!!!! party:

When you order from Garden Grocer with a credit card, do they charge immediately or as they shop for the items? My husband gets antsy giving out credit card information too far in advance and having them charge us 4 weeks before we get there. Any information is greatly appreciated.

I have just placed my order with Garden Grocer and they in fact deliver "festive" drinks. If there is anything that you are looking for, e-mail them and they will get back to you. We had a special "festive" item that we were looking for and he said he could get it, just give him some lead time...

We are a group of 8 staying in two cabins at Fort Wilderness from 11/17 to 11/25 :grouphug: Thanksgiving at the Fort for us!

We will have children travelling with us on the DDP. When you get the printout of meals left (counter service and table service), does it designate which are adults and which are children? If not, how have people kept track of them in the past? TIA

Can anyone tell me of any other place besides Canada in Epcot that sells Labatts? If no where in WDW, is it sold in Florida at the grocery stores?

We are a party of 11 and are having our first Thanksgiving at WDW at the Fort. Would really appreciate any information from anyone that has eaten there before.

We have a large group going and some have opted to stay off property and pay out of pocket for their meals. The rest are on the DDP. Is it possible to have a mixed group and have them do separate checks? :confused3

I found mine at Wal-Mart. They also had plastic silverware for children and the handles were Pooh characters (fork, knife, and spoon - Pooh, Tigger, and Piglet). Great if you have small children. :bounce:

Has anyone had an experience at Fort Wilderness? We are arriving early on a Friday evening (November 17th) and have tickets to the MVMCP. We are taking the ME from the airport. Should we check in before going to MK or when we return? Also, if we checked in after, would they hold our luggage...
