He's at the Mickey's Backyard BBQ Dinner Show, right? We like to head over to Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary for the breakfast buffet.

    Trails End Manager Mistreatment

We skipped Trails End altogether on the last two trips due to their higher prices and lower quality. We plan to buy very few meals on Disney property on the next trip. The prices are just crazy for what you get. Counter service for lunch at the parks will be the extent of our Disney dining...

    beeeers

Only if it's for this stuff: A 1 pint, 6 oz bottle is $8, if you can find it, and it's worth every penny!

Bringing your own would be a lot cheaper as well.

    Need advice

I have an 11 year old boy, 9 year old girl & a 4 year old boy. They can be handful at times and the drama with the two oldest can be more than I can handle. But with that said, I always try to never take things away that I can't give back. Grounding from video games, computer, tv, etc. is...

    beer on beach?

I have found that a Nalgene bottle with Neoprene sleeve works well for all occasions (morning OJ, noon iced tea, afternoon cocktail and/or beer, etc.) as well. Plus they are Made in the USA and BPA free. Check'em out. Nalgene Store

    Best Ice Cooler?

I've had the best luck with the Igloo MAX 5 day coolers. It claims to keep ice for 5 days. The key isn't really the cooler. Here's some unsolicited advise. First, use ice from your own freezer if possible (reusable ice packs work well too). Most purchased ice & ice machines like the ones at...

    beer on beach?

I usually just drank from the can with a koozie or use the red solo cup pretty much everywhere at the fort, the beach, the pool, etc. (except for while riding/driving the golf cart of course). If you do take beverages with you, please don't use glass bottles/containers.

FREE Fort WI-FI may be on it's way

OMG! How did you spend $2000 on internet charges?

    What would you add?

I'm not a big fan either, but I can't think of an easier way for security to identify people that are supposed to be there versus people that aren't. Plus, if you're swimming, you wouldn't need your wallet or room card. Just a quick swipe from the wristband and you can get in & out of the pool...

    What would you add?

I really like the idea of wrist bands for use of the pool. If they already do that on another Disney property, it sounds like a no brainer. We've stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, TX a couple of times and I really like how they handle things. They issue everybody a waterproof wrist...

    What would you add?

I agree, but how to enforce it? Have a turnstile requiring use of our cards? Wristbands? There's got to be a way, but it can't be too intrusive on FW guests.

    What would you add?

+1 About the only thing the Fort lacks to me is a good counter service option. Maybe that will be rectified if/when a DVC resort is added.

    double rig, single site?

I found the Y adapter I was looking for: Marinco 2-30A to 50A 125/250 Volt RV "Y" Adapter Larry, is this similar to your setup?

    double rig, single site?

How big is your Class C and TT? If FW will let you put both on one site, I've seen splitters that can take a 50A receptacle and turn it into dual 30A receptacles. I've never used one personally, but that may work for you. Do a search on rv.net/forums, I bet somebody there has an answer for you.

    Coleman vs Eureka

I've owned both and IMHO, I think Eureka's quality is much better than Coleman's.

    Generator running while running

We run our generator as well while going down the road, powering both roof AC's as well as a TV or two, a PS3 and too many other things (iPod chargers, laptop, etc.). I find that I use less gas running the generator and leaving the dash AC off then when I don't run the generator and use the...
