    Raglan Road appetizers...

When we ate there last month the kids were not allowed to order an appetizer. Seemed strange to me but that is what we were told. We did not like Ragland Road at all and won't be back. Poor food, terrible service.

Coral Reef - what happened them them? review

We ate at Corral Reef last week for dinner. The food was mediocre, the service was terrible and the noise of the place was awful. We loved this place last year when we went for a nice lunch. This year we went for dinner. The place was packed which was to be expected. The waitress wanted...

Best meal of the trip was Mama Melrose

We did the Fantasmic Package here. Our meal time was not ideal - 3:40 PM it was the only time I could get and I booked months before hand. Our waiter was the best server of the entire trip. The restaurant was half full and our meal came out in a timely manner and everything was yummy...

    Boma at AKL Review

We ate at Boma twice last week. There was DH, Me, DS11, DS7 and DS4. As usual all the food was good. There were lots of choices and we tried a variety of foods. Even the smaller kids tried new things. I like that there was fruit and salad. Our waitress our first visit was great the...

    Raglan Road Review

We ate at Raglan Road Saturday for lunch. We were a party of 5, DH, me, DS11, DS7 and DS4. The place was empty at 1 PM. We were seated right away and then waited and waited for a waiter. We were told on the DDP that the two children do not get appetizers. So DS7 and DS4 had to watch...

    O'Hana Review

We ate at O'Hana last week. We were seated in a timely fashion after only about a 10 minute wait. There were 5 in our party. DH, me, DS11, DS7 and DS4. The salad was really good with the dressing. The shrimp and wings okay. For the main course we were served the potatoes and...

    That is sooooo gross!!!!

I'm not agreeing with what the parents did but it is better than the kid peeing their pants and getting pee all over the floor and seats. I have a DS3, will be 4 tomorrow, and I'll take him to the bathroom and he'll insist he doesn't need to go (what am I meant to do squeeze his head real...

Leaving meds with the stroller - okay?

We are taking a soft sided cooler to keep in the stroller basket. I was planning on keeping my sons epi-pen, allergy meds, and inhaler in it. Do you think it will be safe tucked in the stroller basket while we go on the rides? We've never had a problem before with things disappearing.

DDP was not free for me !!

I think I paid $140 per night for our room at POR. We have 5 in our room. 3 adults and 2 children. If I had paid for the dinning plan it would have cost me about $140. So for us it was a good deal. My 3 boys sure like to eat. :cool1:

    Press-Pot at Boma

I love coffee, so if you have to pay out of pocket how much is a pot of pressed coffee? Last year I was able to get a cappicino to go at the end of my meal as my beverage on the DDP.

    Electric Umbrella has expensive buns!

OT - FYI Since my kids are getting bigger and hungrier at Chick-Fila to stretch a kids meal I order an extra white bun for 10 cents or a whole wheat bun for 30 cents. The kids put their chicken strips in the bun to make a sandwich which helps to fill them up and they turn in the toy for an...

Disappointed in Child's Menu on DDP

Honestly, I have a big 7 year old, almost 8, and he definitely prefers adult food to the kid selections. At home we eat healthy adult fare. DS7 just pulls a face at some of the kids selections. I plan on being the good mother and sharing my meals at TS with him. At CS we'll pay OOP if...

Disappointed in Child's Menu on DDP

Well, that's not entirely true. If your card says 3A and 2C and you try to order 5 adult meals they are going to tell you no. If you get in one line and DH in another line and you order 3A meals and DH orders 2 adult meals then they probably aren't going to know.

Disappointed in Child's Menu on DDP

A lot of the choices aren't very good. Especially for my almost 7 year old that likes more adult fare. Since we have 3 of us that count as adults and 2 as children. We plan to order a lot of 3 adult meals and just share at lunch time. The kids can use their credits for breakfasts or when we...

What should I do, now that I know about WPC menu changes?

I'm going to eat what I want but like the other poster I eat chicken and fish all the time at home, never steak. So if I'm going on on vacation I want a nice steak - not because it is the most expensive but because that is something I would never fix for myself at home.

    Disposal of needles

Hubby takes 5 plus shots per day and just put the used needles in a child proof pill bottle until we get home.

    anyone do the math?

CS - combo meal, dessert and large drink approx. $10 Snack - $4 TS - appetizer $5, main course $15, dessert $6, drink $2 The above is $42, add in about $5 tip and $3 or so for tax and you're now up to $50 for the day. Some people do order the $10 app and the $25 steak and $8 dessert...

Can anyone confirm weather CS credits are seperated now or still pooled?

I'd like to know too. If DH and I eat at one CS place and the kids want to eat at Pizza Planet am I going to have to explain that the meals I am ordering are for the kids and they therefore need to subtract credits from the kids CS credits. If they are pooled then it isn't going to matter the...
