Planning is very very important, mostly meals, if you are going to have sit down meals you need to make advanced reservations, we found out the hard on our 1st trip that you cannot just go into the table service resturants and expect to get a table, the self serve is fine but a sit down meal is...

Pay extra to stay in Trinidad North, the walk to the Old Port Royale (food court and theme pool) is only a couple of minutes, this is a big time saver and step saver and the garden views are nice, I personally dont spend a lot of time looking out the window, but they are still nice. Good luck...

We have stayed there twice and loved it. I perfer Trinidad North or Martinique because of the close proximity to the Old Port Royale (food and theme pool) but the whole resort is beautiful. Have fun planning. Mike
