Unless you time it perfectly, you need a 3* or better to do this, but you can also use it just before you step on the Space Mountain ride and pull a Back to the Future flame trail effect. ;)

Having been a beta tester for a few other games a few years back, I can confirm that they do have regular "play" characters. I had a "work" character and a "play" character. Anytime they are on their staff character, it's like clocking in for work. They are "on the clock" and should be doing...

That button in the top corner is for the Moderation Panel. Kind of like if you owned a chat room, you have a button to open up a mod panel to boot or restrict users, modify settings, send an announcement, etc. etc.
