We went 2 years ago the 2nd week of December and the crowds were minimal and the weather wasn't bad, I remember it being chilly at night and in the mornings but did warm up during the day. It was nice seeing the Christmas atmosphere with it not being so mobbed.

I would do what others have suggested and speak to a manager seeing if you can be moved to another resort. If you do not do this, your vacation will be ruined and you don't want that! Good luck!!! :)
