OMG, my kids do this, and I'm often the patient. Just yesterday, my brain transplant went terribly wrong, and I had to get a monkey's brain at the last minute to save my life. I've been craving bananas all day.

Aside from Magic Treehouse and Dragon Slayers Academy, my daughter really enjoyed the Disney Fairies books. They have names such as Beck and the Great Berry Battle or Fira and the Full Moon.

We'll be at home this weekend as well. My daughter's dance recital is tonight, and we plan to spend the rest of the weekend doing some garage cleanup and other assorted house stuff. I don't like to travel during busy holiday weekends.

Saw it tonight, and we all loved it. My son worships Indy (he had to wear his hat tonight to the movie) and sat riveted the entire time, through the entire two hours. I'm sure we'll be seeing it again. What a fun summer movie.

I agree. We try to keep the TV off until after dinner, and then they can watch a little to unwind.

The week after school ends, they have a week of day camp at a local nature center. My daughter has been attending since she was 5, and this is my son's first year to go. She loves it, and I hope he will too. I have to travel to Louisville the following week. The kids will come up for part...

I haven't been able to get through on any of David Cook's numbers. Haven't voted yet this season, but I can't let that creepy Archuleta win and know that I could have maybe stopped it.
