Some places have piercing earrings made of titanium. Those shouldn't cause a reaction. I think you can also buy titanium earrings. They're just not as available and more expensive.

Just an FYI, last year I priced only renting a car from the Alamo @ the Swan for 4 days vs 9 days at Alamo @ MCO. It was a little cheaper to get the car for 9 days from the airport. Check both out before committing to only the days you need.
