I have a 6 year old boy and it looks like we will be in WDW at the same time. I would love to know what kind of things there are to do for boys as well. We have been several times but maybe there are some things I don't know about.
We are also going May 8-17th this year. We always go in May (usually for Mother's Day and the Flower & Garden Festival). It is the best time of year to go. It is warm but not unbearable and the crowds are not bad. I wouldn't want to go any other time!:thumbsup2
I would go where you wanted to eat. You have just as much of a right to enjoy the restaurants as any one else!
As for Nine Dragons, maybe try the kids sweet & sour chicken (hold the sauce). It is just like chicken nuggets. That is what we will be doing with our DS 4.:wizard:
OT: We will be going to WDW on May 12th and we are also from NC. How weird is that?

Next Saturday MGM Studios closes at 8:30pm. However, Fantasmic doesn't start until 9:00pm. I just checked the Disney Website to be sure. How does this work?
We went last year and will be there again this year. Last year we went to Epcot. I don't remember it being that bad. This year we will try MK for Mother's Day. :wizard:
We stayed last year in Toy Story Building 9. It was my son's first trip to WDW and he loves Buzz & Woody. It was a fabulous room--quiet, close to bus stops/pools/food court. I would definitely recommend it!:thumbsup2
My parents checked in on Saturday. They did not make a room request on their reservation but did fax in a request (which was granted at check-in).:thumbsup2
Don't feel bad. I am the same way. We leave in 16 days and I can hardly wait. It seems like the only thing that will pass the time is planning (or should I say re-planning!) I have everything planned as well. It sounded like you were talking about my in your OP. Nice to know I am not...
I had the same situation last year. My DS, who was 3 at the time, is very tall. He rode Soarin' and loved it! He also rode Splash Mountain. He did great at the time but says that he doesn't want to do that again this year. He also loved Star Tours (which I thought might make him sick). He...
