Perhaps demand is not much different than previous years. I know eventually all/most dates sell out, but I've never had any trouble securing tickets in a leisurely manner in the past. Maybe we all just got ourselves worked up over nothing.

This is correct. The unique ID is tied to the browser. Refreshing doesn't change your place in line. Plenty of experience with Queue It and I've both accidentally closed and refreshed windows/tabs a handful of times which never changed my wait time.

Queue might be paused again. I just went from 13 minutes back to "more than an hour". Figured I'd try a fourth time because apparently I like pain. Maybe I'll get an actual confirmation page this time.

So, I'm in that same boat, but also want to say that it took a good 3 hours before I saw a confirmation email from Disney for Touch of Disney. Could be the same (or worse) for OBB as I suspect there are many more tickets being sold than ToD

What's your plan? I have 6 across 3 different transactions. Thought I'd wait 24-48 hours to see if I get confirmation emails, then I guess call Disney and plead with them to refund the extra 2 pairs because their site was erroring out. It's either that or call my bank and claim there are charges...

I'll just say that I went through the buying process 3 times now. All resulted in errors at checkout, charges to my bank, and no confirmation page.

We're either ending up with zero or duplicates. I have two pending bank charges now, but no order confirmation page. Just an error. Now wondering if I call Disney to get this resolved or dispute with my CC. I have no use for extra tickets.
