Minnie Van to rope drop MK.

Keep in mind that Minnie Vans can not enter the bus area for drop off at the Magic Kingdom until an hour before early entry. That means if early entry is at 8:30, a Minnie Van can not drop you at Magic Kingdom until 7:30. If you catch one too early, they will have you just wait in the car, or...

    Fantasy Crew

I think Tisa will be on for awhile since she just came over from the Magic. She is a lot of fun though. And Peter is great, we love him!

Goofy in nightgown looking for stateroom?

Chance encounters are the absolute best and happen so often  Our favorite was walking through the atrium on the Fantasy one day and finding Mickey and Goofy playing duck duck goose.

Cruising With a 2 Year Old

Yep, that sounds right- there were only a few on our 7 day cruise. Basically they just have a space where they bring out toddler appropriate toys for the kids to play with, like soft blocks, balls, puzzles, etc and the kids can just hang out in there and play. They also had cookies when we were...

Cruising With a 2 Year Old

Well, not unique to cruise line, but they really do have SO many characters. We saw Tinker Bell, Belle, Tiana, Ariel, Cinderella, Peter Pan, Stitch, Chip and Dale, Captain Jack, and so many others. They come to the kids club, you see them by the pools, in the hallways, at Castaway Cay and just...

Cruising With a 2 Year Old

We sailed the Fantasy when my twins were 2 :) There is already a lot of great advice on this thread, but I just wanted to help reassure you that cruising is SO much easier than you think. It's just so great to have literally everything you need just a few steps away! For the twins, we saw a...

    Any info about GTY assingment

I have ALWAYS wondered about this also. We are Platinum cruisers and every single one of them has been GTY. I have never been able to spot a pattern. Sometimes we are upgraded, sometimes not, sometimes we get rooms right next to each other, sometimes they are on opposite ends of the ship! There...

First Time Traveling with Young Child

We did a seven day cruise when our twins were 13 months old. I am envious of all the extra adult help you will have, although we at least had grandma with us. We did bring a regular stroller for each baby. We used them when we got off the ship, but also for naps on the ship. Without the "nap...

I just looked at your pic and I totally remember seeing you around the ship! I think I kept noticing you because you look like a friend of mine from back home, haha. Can't wait to read about your Marvel Day!

Our MARVEL DAY at SEA experience - January 2018

After dinner we went straight up to deck 10 to get a spot for the deck show, Heroes Unite. I heard many great things about this particular show, and my friend who works on the ship said it was not to be missed! So we got the family together and found a place on deck 10. As it happened, the...

Our MARVEL DAY at SEA experience - January 2018

When the show ended at 8:25, it was time to take the twins to the room for a bath. Normally they would go to bed, but we all wanted to see the deck show at 10:15. My mom hates eating late and we had late dinner, so she volunteered to take the twins each night while we were at dinner. DH and DS...

Our MARVEL DAY at SEA experience - January 2018

Oceaneers Club: We left the club around 7:30 to go up and watch the Superhero Celebration on deck 9. We didn't get to watch the whole thing because it was rained out half way through....but as far as I could tell, it was just characters coming out on stage and showing off their Marvel...

Our MARVEL DAY at SEA experience - January 2018

The characters lines were short compared to the crazy Marvel lines, so we quickly met Mickey and Daisy also. Next we were headed to the Doctor Strange show, Journey Into the Mystic Arts. It was a stage show but they also chose several kids from the audience to help out on stage...

Our MARVEL DAY at SEA experience - January 2018

After Groot, DH wanted to check out the Comic Vault. He said he needed a LOT more time in there. It was now about 3:30, and we still had two heroes to meet, Loki and Thor. Well, there was no way to catch both and I was desperate to meet Loki, so we went to get in his line. It was still...

Our MARVEL DAY at SEA experience - January 2018

The characters came down and did some action poses, then they spread out to take pics with fans. Here is a tip- Mickey and Minnie posed together on deck 4 on the balcony. If you want a good spot in line, try to be up there and ready when they come in. Pluto and Goofy were together on deck 3...

.........trivia continued So, if you happen to know who Dr. Banner was saving the first time he turned into the Hulk, or the name of Tony Stark's business partner, or the comic issue AND number that Spider Man gets his wrestling costuming from......well, Kudos, you know a LOT more that I do...

.......part 2 Black Widow, continued...... When we left Black Widow, we spotted Hawkeye up on deck 5, with practically no line what so ever. We ran up there with DD. She was not scared of him at all, and he was SO sweet to her. Seriously, he was so great. He talked to her about her code...

    Dunns Falls Feedback

I did the falls with my ten year old son. I hadn't read anything like what you heard before hand, or I admit I probably wouldn't have gone, but we did not experience any pressure from locals at all. We had a blast climbing the falls. The guides were great. My son absolutely loved it.
