I gave up on the 407 number and switched to the 800 number - both DH and I have gotten through and all the prompts (1,1,1) multiple times but then got the hang up. Right now I actually have hold music but I've been here for a while... (1,1,1 is for English)

DH has gotten through 4 times to member services on the 800 number but the message is that everyone is busy and call back and it hangs up. I'm using the other number and only busy signal. We're trying to book the Mediterranean I think we spent over an hour doing this for the upcoming Wish DVC...

My son and I are staying 3/10-3/13 (SSR) and then 3/17- 3/19 (Kidani) around a Wish cruise. I didn’t get an email and he is freaking out because he cannot wait to ride this thing. He had me searching all my junk folders while at work! No email… I assume that means we aren’t there on preview days?

I cannot get this to work - it says my reservation cannot be located with the confirmation number entered - so I am back on hold with DVC to see if I really have a reservation for this cruise. And I have a bad feeling about it.
