As others mentioned on the other thread you have, it's at least a 10% penalty, plus a minimum of 20% on top of that (depending on your tax bracket). Roll it over into an IRA -- there's no good reason to cash out a 401K account.

Nope, we get Isaly's chipped ham around Cleveland, so I think it's a NW PA/NE OH thing. :) Most of these definitely sound familiar -- except for some of the more eastern PA ones. :)

Adri -- pick four people (preferably not including Nicole, seeing how she got booted :teeth: ). You get points for them doing stuff (crying, winning challenges, etc.) and then you can assign bonus categories to each person you choose as well. If the person does the thing you assigned to them...
