We were at the DVC in Vero last year and they were redoing all the sand on the beach. It was very difficult to get down to the water (dune was very high) but they weren't finished smoothing it out. (It was still turtle egg season and they were on hold) Just wondering if anyone has been lately...

Are coolers allowed in the parks? I have seen plenty of people eating on park benches but haven't noticed coolers around. Can you bring them in?

The best advice I can give you is to enjoy everything but do NOT stress if you can't get it all in. I see guests so determined to get in as much as possible that they almost miss the enjoyment of the moment. :earseek:
