I dry brine. Serious Eats has great recipes. Dry brining gives you all the benefits of brine without the huge container needed, plus much less mushiness and more crisp skin.

We usually skip breakfast altogether, so it will definitely be enough for us. I don't feel so bad for the Sci fi breakfast. We'll eat at 8, and then no meal until Beirgarten at 4 with the CPP. We'll probably have cupcakes from Starring Rolls mid day.

I am very curious about Sci Fi. We are willing to order 5 meals for breakfast there, but it will be painful paying over $100 for one breakfast.

I have 5 on the res and it already let me preorder the 3 meals. Plus, I heard from some people that did it.

My family of 5 is planning on sharing 2 adult/1 child meal. We are paying oop.
