It is very sad to lose your best fury friend, my heart goes out to you. I have buried 8 dogs (luckily all of old age 14 plus) and they took a little of me every time one passed. Hugs to you and your family and know that he lived a nice life with you, every dog should be so loved. Terri

just tried again and at the end of the gathering information they said my call would be answered in...... and then they started speaking in spanish. The line then went dead, no music nothing. What the heck!

Anyone having a hard time getting thru to an agent on the reservation center? I have tried twice and they tell you how long until you get an CM and then nothing....the line just goes quiet. I know today is the start up date...are they just overwhelmed or is there still glitches to work out...
