We usually arrive mid afternoon - 3 in the afternoon so we always have time to go to the parks. I never feel right unless the first thing I do at Disney is walk under the train station at MK and head down Main Street USA. I know when we do that, the Disney vacation has "officially" started.

Is it a part of the ship play area near the restrooms & restaurant at EPCOT near Norway? Loos like something that is apart of that play area there.

Ditto to that. We have done that quite a few times now. Lots of fun and most of the cast members figure out what you are doing and they are pretty cool about it. We have had a few make suggestions at the next country and what to try out if we have not already tried it.
