My DD had the Crown Package done on 9/23 for her birthday. Her birthday fun card paid for it - NICE! I brought her dress, shoes, crown, wand - and she changed into it first thing. And yes, they do a birthday sash! There will be a photographer there to take pictures on your Photopass during...
People are stupid. That is my explanation for all the annoying crap people do at DLR.
However, The Screamers take a second place to the people who take flash pictures in POTC and HM. Those are the people I would like to grab by the collar and throttle. On the opening day of HM on 9/25...
We picked our daughter up from school an hour early for a "doctor's appointment" the day before her birthday. On her carseat was a letter from Mickey. Wanna see how it went down? Here's the video -

Wow - a lot of wrong information in this thread...
The French Dip is gone. We were at the GCH from 9/22-9/26. It was not on the menu board and I asked for it on 9/25 and they told me it wasn't available any more. As in - he had no ingredients to actually make the French Dip.
Pinocchio's...
Zippy Shuttle! They were awesome....they were there when we landed, fast, helpful, courteous, and took us straight to GCH is a private clean van. They were right on time for pick-up to take us back to LAX.
We LOVE Zippy Shuttle. I don't want to use a service where I have to stop at other terminals or hotels and share a van or bus. Big waste of time, especially with kids on board. We used Zippy 2 weeks ago and they were at the airport when we arrived and took us straight to GCH. Gratuity is...
What kind of room were you in? I am so sorry you had a bad experience. For the amount of money you were paying, that kind of accomodation is unacceptable. I would definitely let them know.
We are celebrating DDs 6th birthday in a couple of weeks. On her birthday, we are going to Bibbity Bobbity Boutique for an Ariel makeover, Lunch at Ariel's Grotto, and Pat E. Cake at 2:00pm.
On date night, we are headed to Napa Rose (Chef's Counter), while she goes to Pinocchio's Workshop...
I have an appointment for my DD6 for her birthday surprise in 2 weeks. She has her own dress and accessories.
Does she need to come wearing the dress, or can we change there? I was hoping to surprise her with the makeover...
We are doing the seating in a few weeks, and I had a dream about it last night. I dreamed I got there really early. Like right after lunch - LOL - and they showed me where our seats were and they were directly behind a massive redwood tree. Talk about obstructed seating. I need to lay off...
I wouldn't think of sitting in the second row and then just standing up...I was thinking if there was a huge person in front of my daughter, I would get up and go to the back and stand for the 22 minutes. My husband and I are both over 6 feet tall, so I'm not worried about us, just her...
I am still on the fence as to whether we do it or not next month. I do not really care what row we are in - I mean, I can stand up in the back if my daughter can't see, right? The show is only 22 minutes long. I would just rather have an assigned "space" and a place to sit down rather than...
Great thanks for all the info! We aren't concerned about the noise - we are nightowls and love to be right above the action - so no worries here. :) (Besides who goes to Disney to relax?!?! LOL)
Do the Downtown Disney View Rooms at GCH have a good view of the Fireworks? Is there anything specific I should ask for when checking in (location, floor)? Anyone have any experiences?
Also - is the dessert seating for F! a good spot to watch fireworks?
We were going to see F! at 9:00 and...
