I am a Para. It is basically a highly qualified teacher's aide. I had to take the ParaPro ( a test) to become one. I do almost everything the teacher does and the only time I am not with the children is when I take lunch.

I live in a mile square city. We have 3 schools that are 1-7 and there are never more then 20 in a class. The district just moved pre-K and K to their own building and I think there is 10 ( maybe more) K classes and the most in them is 17.
