We just got back from Clearwater Beach. The Cabana we rented you just sat down in and then someone came to collect your money. The cost was $40 for the day or if you rented after 3pm it was $20. We were at the beach pretty early, like by 10:30 am to get one. The day we didn't go out until...
We are from Oswego, IL and when we drive to Disney we always take I57 all the way down to I24. We did do I65 once and feel that I57 is an easier drive.
I am having the same problem. I booked directly with the Dolphin by phone on Saturday. I called both Disney and the Dolphin today for help, and they said to give it another 24 hours. Really want to make our fast passes and hate the wait. I'm hoping that I am able to link it by tomorrow. If...
Thanks, that is what I thought. I actually have had two different CM's tell me that all rooms have trundle beds in POR. It looks like I am going to have to call again!
We are staying at POR for the first time in many years. I know when we were there before, we had a room in alligator bayou with a trundle bed. When I called to make our new reservation and asked about requesting a room with a trundle bed, the CM told me that all rooms at POR have trundle beds...
What credit card do you have that still gives 5% for gas, groceries and drugs? We used to do the same thing with our Citi card and a chase card, but now Citi is only 2% on those things. We would definitely get a new card if we could get the 5% again!
We're doing the same thing. We're getting there on Aug 12th, but haven't decided where we're staying yet, then moving to WL for the free dining Aug 13-20. We plan to check in early on the 13th, get our tickets, and head to the Magic Kingdom (my kids won't go anywhere else on our first day)...
We've been to both, although it's probably been 4 years since Cape May. They are both excellent breakfast buffets. As I remember Cape May, it was more laid back. The characters all came around to the tables, but there was no dancing or napkin waving like there is at Chef Mickey's. Chef...
We were already planning to go 8/12-8/19, so moved it to 8/13-8/20. Best part, we were planning to stay offsite for the 1st time ever to take advantage of a great rate at the Doubltree Guest Suites, now we're staying at the Wilderness Lodge! :cool1:
I am a Disney card holder, and called on Saturday to make my reservation. They put a 14 day hold for me, without asking for a credit card to reserve. I spoke to someone later in the day (to add a day), and still no deposit asked for. I did call yesterday to give them my credit card and put...
Thank you! I have a note on my calendar to check my credit card every couple of days because I'm afraid of getting my info stolen. I order on the internet all of the time, but rarely from sites that I haven't heard of. You've made me feel better!
Thanks for the code, what a deal.
We live in a suburb of Chicago and also use Everyday Math. My son is in 2nd grade and it is, in my opinion, a very weak program. I was a former teacher, and got very concerned when I was having to teach my son how to do his "Home Link" every night. This was in addition to the flashcards that...
I also do an allowance system for our kids. They each get half their age, so my son who's 8 gets $4 and my daughter who is 4 gets $2. They must put half of it in the bank for savings, and can do whatever they want with the rest. We pay for all of their clothes and lunches and "needs", this is...
