    I honestly don't know if there is a way to back up a game like that. I had a bf that made me copies of dreamcast games way back when, but I know he didn't pay for them. You could try using something like Nero and just see what happens. It'd be worth a blank disk or two to see but I couldn't...

    I just started doing that, I reworked my budget to accomodate some changes that had been made and decided that instead of robbing Peter to pay Paul when I want to do something fun (which isn't all that often) I should budget for it.     I want to be under 200 pounds...Anyone else??

    I was able to get down below 200 (to 178) a couple years ago and would love to be there again!!! I'm hovering around 215 right now, probably a little more at the moment. It's really frustrating me on the one hand and on the other, I'm not trying that hard anymore.

    I've been a member of Curves for a little over a year now. I like the resistance machines and when I had them measure me regularly it seemed to be making a difference. The best thing to do really is just go and try it out. They'll show you the ropes and you can see if it's what you want to...

    I did 45 minutes WATP this morning which brings me up to 475/500. So long as I make it to Curves tomorrow I'll make my goal!

    Today was another 30 min. That brings me up to... 430/500. I just have until Friday to make goal since after that I'm out of the country. Perhaps I should do the 3 mile WATP tomorrow instead of the 2 mile. Hmm.

    I did 30 minutes today so I'm up to 320/500. I'm headed out of the country on May 27th so I've only got 9 more days to reach goal! I think I can do it though.
