that is awesome!! we had so many kind things done for us while at disney, it is just so appreciated. our stroller worked great - not really too much hassle getting on and off buses even. hope luggage services got it to the next swapper without issues!

hi, we had this happen also, we just took him to the camera store in one of the parks when we first arrived. they tried to reset him, but just ended up replacing him with a brand new one for free. no questions asked. no reciept, nothing. just their policy to replace him when he breaks. have fun!
