We booked two 9B guaranty cabins and were assigned 9B connecting cabins at the very front of the ship.

FWIW my travel agent told me yesterday that I could switch without charge my 9B cabins (booked 9B guaranty) to other 9B cabins if they were available. They weren't in my case.
