    SSR vs BLT vs GFV

That’s the worst of it, is it’s hard to plan because I don’t know how it will work or what to expect at all! It’s just one big guessing game right now. We are trying to go the week of the 22nd (when no one knows what’s going on), or the third or fourth week in July. We live in Florida so we are...

    SSR vs BLT vs GFV

VGF is so lovely. We have enjoyed staying there. When I looked up available amenities, it said “pool,” and the other resorts said “pools,” so I’m thinking only the dvc one will be open. I don’t know what it will be like to try and get a spot at the pool.

    SSR vs BLT vs GFV

Good reasoning, although we really like the pool at the Paddocks. But leaning toward this for sure.

    SSR vs BLT vs GFV

Hi everyone! We have 164 points to use before Aug. 1st. We won't be going to the parks; we just want to chill and hang out at the pool, etc. So for us, we are trying to figure out the best pool options for us. My kids really wanted to go to GFV, but it looks like only the DVC pool will be open...

    Best time for Christmas Visit?

Thanks for your help! So it will still be bad even with fastpasses? I went ten years ago and remember the crazy queue-jumpers!! There were no fast passes then so I was hoping that might make a difference.

    Best time for Christmas Visit?

We are coming from the US to stay in London and Paris and surrounding areas over our Christmas holidays. We will be in France from December 24th-January 4th. My kids would love to visit DLP and are begging often as we are Floridians and visit WDW regularly. I am cringing (and so is my wallet) as...

Harmony Barber Shop booked 141 days out?!?!

We have always done a walk-up. December 4th *shouldnt be* as crowded. Go first thing, or during a parade or lunch rush and I bet you will be fine. Good luck!

    Ohana's or 1900 Park Fare

We have a large group of nine. It's my daughter's 15th birthday that weekend and she is fine with doing either restaurant, but we can only afford one! :) I like that they are both all you can eat, and I like they are both fun in different ways. We have some little children in the party who...

First visit ever tomorrow? Please advise this newbie!

Well I was going to focus on DLR since I only have one day. Maybe I am thinking too WDW, but I thought it would be too hard to do two parks in one day. Also, dumb question, but they do have parking at disneyland, right?

First visit ever tomorrow? Please advise this newbie!

Hi friends! I find myself in California for a couple of weeks with my six year old son. We live in Florida and are WDW veterans and passholders. But I am a complete novice know-nothing when it comes to Disneyland! We are hoping to go tomorrow. I will utilize the fastpass system…but other than...

Please help a possible Disneyland first visit

Hi! We are from Florida and are Disney World vets, but I have never been to Disneyland in my life! I am out here for a few weeks with my six-year-old for pilot season (yes, me and everyone else lol!) and I thought about taking him to Disneyland! It seemed like a fantastic idea until I saw the...

No kids for the weekend! Help me dine!

Thanks for your suggestions! I suppose I don't need total romance, just a great overall experience. Just the fact that I don't have to tell anyone to put their phone away, to stop arguing, or to try something other than macaroni and cheese will be a plus. But I do want great food and some nice...

No kids for the weekend! Help me dine!

Husband and I are driving up to Disney for three nights for our 18th anniversary. Dear, DEAR friend is keeping the little angels. So…. trying to plan where to eat. Something lovely, but not sure I have a V&A budget. Although, my husband and I do not drink alcohol, so we do not have that...

I love the Splitsville idea. I forgot about that place! I wonder how hard it is to get in on a weekend? I don't have any experience with it.
