I agree! The contracts we have bid on have double points & we offered low 90s, but the sellers still want well over $115 or just don't respond. I wonder if we should start looking at stripped contracts

Same! Hopefully we aren't bidding against each other:oops: Every time we bid, its either too low & the selling doesn't want to counter or there are a few offers & we have to go higher to have a shot!

I meant to ask if you just looked at one resale company to get the contact through, or did you look at multiple companies to find the contact you wanted? Thanks

I just noticed room are available too. Has their been any communication on what offerings may be available at the Concierge level? I can't imagine that they would have it set up the same way they usually do for food & drinks.

Was able to get a reasonable rate. Went with Budget at Doubletree near Downtown Disney, got a Ford Escape or similar for Feb 20-27th for 222.00 with all taxes before coupon. Used BCD D454301 & coupon code MUGZ029.

Found this place late Saturday night & got a rate of around 90.00 for a Ford Explorer, Feb 20-28th. Didnt book it cause I didnt know much about the place. Today that same rental is over 1000.00. Any idea why it would change so much or if they give their best rates in the late hours of the night.
