There are certain days where certain parks open until later times only for resort guests. Like, for example, one day, Magic Kingdom closed to the public at 9:00 and opened until 12:00 AM for the Extra Magic Hours. :]

By the way, this finger scan hasn't seemed to be working that well. When I visited Universal Studios and IOA, the finger scan did not work for my whole family. Even one of the workers there said it was a pain in the neck having it, Lol.

To be honest with you, The Mummy does have a few drops. There is one right after the "fake" ending where you are in a room, the Mummy breaks the glass on the top left, and then there is fire on the ceiling. I completely agree. The Extra Magic Hours are great. When we (a family of 5 - 2 adults, 3 kids) went to Magic Kingdom for the last 2 hours of the Extra Magic Hours, I was able to go on Space Mountain, Indy's Speedway, Big Thunder Mountain, and watch the parade. :]
