I didn't read through everything to see if someone answered your question; but typically Deck 4 (not been on Fantasy yet) has the Promenade deck and that is where you have a full "circle - oblong" to run. They have a sign which tells you how long each lap is....I am thinking like 1/3 of a mile...

What we ended up finding out - is that you have to sequentially go through each screen (think there are 7 in total); before each one is unlocked and you can enter information. (Such as port time arrival, etc.). We called Disney Cruise Line because we were trying to get to our port arrival time...
