    Universal theme park

    I am a DVC member, and took the fam forthe first time to WDW last Oct, this next trip in Oct 06 they wanna stop by Universal, where is the best place to get tickets, and because I rely on Disney buses to take us from park to park, is it an expensive taxi ride to Universal?

    Looking to stay at BWV any advice?

    This is our first time using our DVC points. I have a fam of 5, BWV looks really cool and fun for the kids. I plan on staying there late Oct to early Nov. Is there anything I should know before booking here, good stories bad ones? Is this a good place to stay?

    We will be taking our fist DVC vaca this Oct, anyone have any tricks as far as booking the airlines for the least amount of $$$$? I know to book as far ahead as possible, but other than SW any suggestion how else to save? Any other travel advice you can pass on is much appreciated.

    Friends looking into mabe becoming DVC members

    Weather on October

    Actually I went this past Oct, and to my suprise not only were all the parks packed!!!! But I went the week of colubus week, and average temp was 90-95 with high humidity. I hope that was a fluke.......

    Resturant suggestions anyone??

    My expierence at Sc-Fi was horrible. The atmosphere is awesome, and they have good shakes, but the food was sooooo bad, I will never eat there again. The service was good, but only go there for a snack so you can sit in the "car" and enjoy the place, but only have desser there..... Good luck.

    CA Grill reviews?

    I'll be placing my own thread for eats at Disney, but as for the CA Grille, awesome!!! They say to dress fromally, no you don't. Try to get a reservation around 830, that way you ca see the wishes fireworks display from the rooftop, that was awesome. Food is real good. :wave2:

    DVC fees, is it just me?

    I joined the DVC last Oct, and my wife has all the paperwork. I thought that the fees were a once a year payment.It seems I'm paying $91.00 per month for fees, is that correct? Did I forget this when I signed the docs, or is there something not quite right? Please let me know if anyone else is...

    New to DVC

    Like alot of people here, I'm a new to DVC, what are the rules to renting points? I'm sure when you rent points from people who purchase at OKW or Vero, that some rules must apply. :banana:
